Gaming Tables

Widata can offer the same level of interface and communications to gaming tables as it can to slot machines. Thus it is now possible to have drink and service requests available for the Supervisors of each table. Instead of having to contact the Pit Boss or a passing waiter for drink service for the clients, the supervisor can request drink service to their table.  The On-Site paging system would send the message to a waiter advising them of the exact location of the table, and the type of service required. The gaming tables can be zoned as if they were a bank of slot machines, and the same statistical data is available for tables. In essence, Widata can increase the efficiency and customer service supplied to the gaming tables as well as slot machines.
