PBX Integration

Since the majority of calls made within a hotel are via the PBX system and the majority of staff are mobile, ease of use is crucial in maintaining the high level of communications necessary to ensure efficiency and high levels of guest service. PBX Integration allows staff members to use any telephone extension on the PBX system to send either a stored alphanumeric message, a numeric message, or a combination of the two directly to wireless devices such as On-Site Pagers, Wireless PBX phones, Long-Range Pagers, Cell Phones and Wireless PDA’s. Simple voice-prompts guide the user to quickly dispatch full-text messages or acknowledge service requests with just a few keys on a telephone keypad.
