Trauma Center Messaging

We develop solutions to ensure that data is transmitted quickly and reliably from PBX, ED, Triage, Command Centers, Nursing Units, etc. and delivered to the necessary people on their wireless devices – pagers, on-site phones, cellular phones, wireless PDA’s, LED sign boards, etc. – so that staff can respond effectively.

We offer a variety of innovative solutions to make messaging more efficient and expedient for your facility. Below is an example of a “Point & Click” Paging Application that was developed for the Triage Desk of a Level One Trauma Center. When the Triage Desk receives a call from inbound Paramedics or Ambulances, they can easily notify staff in the facility of the impending arrival. When the Triage Nurse double-clicks an icon on the screen, the appropriate Response Team Members are alerted wirelessly – within seconds – with a pre-defined text message describing the event. The system eliminates typing messages, dialing individual pagers and intrusive overhead public address paging. It evens the logs the messages with time/date stamps and message content for reporting.
